Sunset Park Cookies was founded in 2011 by a father-daughter duo native to West Grove, Pennsylvania.
Alicia, a graduate of Harvard Law School, has always had a passion for tasty food and healthy eating. She began eating a gluten-free and vegan diet in high school and, rather than sacrificing taste for health, began baking sweets with her Dad, Fred.
Fred and Alicia conceived of the idea of Sunset Park Cookies after noticing how few options are available for foodies with dietary restrictions. Now, together with the support of Lisa Rodriguez, they’re bringing their passion to you! After many rounds of trial and error, the duo has created shockingly delicious recipes that most people cannot believe are gluten-free AND vegan!
